Microserve have proudly been awarded the ISO 9001 accreditation. Achieving this is part of our ongoing commitment to providing high-quality products and services to our clients.
The accreditation helps us as an organisation to organise processes, improve the efficiency of processes and continually improve. This all helps to ensure that we deliver consistent and good quality products and services.
ISO 9001 is a standard for a Quality Management System (QMS), as defined by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).
Examples of what this includes:
- Leadership objectives and definition of the strategic direction on business
- SMART quality objectives
- Maintaining customer satisfaction records
- Regularly assessing our own suppliers
- Using version control within a document management system
To further our commitment to quality standards, we are also working towards ISO 27001 and expect to have achieved it by mid-2020. This is a specification for an information security management system (ISMS), a framework of policies and procedures that includes all legal, physical and technical controls involved in an organisation's information risk management processes.
