We’ve been working with YHA for the past three years, partnering with them to support their ambitious digital transformation journey with first a new Drupal 8 website, and then optimising their membership experience. We are thrilled to have been shortlisted in two categories, 'Best effect on business goals' and 'Best transactional experience'.
Through our partnership, we have built YHA a robust website which maximises revenue and membership sign-ups, and delivers an intuitive and elegant user experience. YHA generates revenue through sales of accommodation in its 150+ hostels around the UK, and more revenue means more funds for its charitable work, enabling stays for families and young people facing adversity by providing amazing places to stay.
